I believe the answer is clearly no. Spirit is a VERY good runeword, but it also has a few down-sides. Only three shields, save Paladin shields, can carry this rune word. These shields are the Monarch (Str:156) the Aegis (Str:219) and the Ward (Str:185). If you ask me, this is a LOT of strength to be spending for a sorc. It takes away from Dex for blocking, and Vit for life. This off-sets the advantages, if only by a little.
It is obvious most of the runewords benefit Melee/Missile characters. Some of these rune words are rediculous, especially if you use them right. Imagine if you will a Multi-shot Amazon using Brand on Wep:1 and Wrath on Wep:2. Switch to Wep:2 and fire 2-3 Multi-shots to give everything in your path Decrepify. This means -50% Slower, -50% Damage, and -50% Physical Resistance. Switch to Wep:1 and reak havoc.

I could say something about all of the new rune words, but Im lazy and this is a long post already. All Im saying is, Casters got one runeword, ONE, everything else is for Melee/Missile characters.
