Is my sorc good?

ok i wanna know if my level 45 sorc is good. basically it has owned level 80 sorceresses lol and i can take like 5 hits from 11k fireballs and still be alive. usually ppl around my level dont do more than 12 damage per hit, usually less. i wanna know if im good for my level...

hellplague, dwarf star, raven star, moser's blessed round shield with 2 pdiamonds, infernostride, mahim-oak, rockstopper sallet, just some sucky gloves, spirit shroud. total resists:
fire: 95
cold: 75
light: 75
poison: 63
15 fire absorb
20 cold absorb.
basically fire gets reduced by tons, along with the damage reduce in pvp.

um...according to calculations, from 11k dmg fireballs u should be taking around 64 dmg per hit, not 12.

Try to duel in hell. You won't have 95 resist. Why don't you duel my novanecro while your at it?

hmm ic... however how are you gonna kill? what is point in tanking from fireball?

i have fireball too you know. i can kill most ppl with it, it does like...3k so far but i dont have many +skills. @ kao: i have dueled a bliz sorc and it didnt kill me in 1 hit either. plus it's ez to dodge bliz so it wasnt hard to beat him. i wanted to duel a poison nova necro but i couldnt find any to duel. and im not in hell and besides ppl im dueling should have more in norm anyway so it should balance out right?

hmm now it makes sense.. dueling in nm.. my zon pwns everyone in nm.. but not in hell.. she has 75 all resist and 80 ligthning...

The offical dueling difficulty in most competions in nightmare. Not everyone should duel in norm, because everyone could have a ton of resists from their 3 anya quests, so you could sacrifice resist gear for other stuff.

Big whoop. My druid could take a fire ball from a high level sorc at that level (though i assure you it did more dmg than 64, lol).

Lol......Anyhow, Why don't you duel when you are dueling in hell? That's the real stuff there, dueling with an added -100 Resists to you.

And who duels in normal with elemental attacks? I thought Normal was for LLPVP'ers only...

Yeah, getting 95 fire res in hell would be a horrible go at it, at least not without sacrificing the other resists and all your damage.

Actually it's easy for my necro to still have ~6500 Nova + 95 Fire Resist + Rising Sun + Dwarf. But that's him, not general characters....

hmm my hammerdin and zealdin has/can get 90 all resist if i give them guardian angel.. but i dont give it to my zealdin cuz he needs more of shaft
