Kazaa would eventually go down like napster but a new company always arrive like Lime or Morpheus well u can still download songs off Kazaa and not get caught by just simply not sharing the file itself.

The thing is kazaa is different from napster, kazaa isn't run the samw way napster is, so they can't shut it down.

yes well because Kazaa is run but a bunch of people connecting to together (P2P) and that i Think inorder for them to stop kazaa they would have to not allow all the other computers to connect together.

Whats gay is they always say "Burning Music Is illegal" once in a while they replace "burning" with "downloading". Thanks to me, I actually gave the record companies money by downloaded. I downloaded songs that other people said were good, and I listened to them one time and if I liked it I bought the CD- if I didnt like it, I just trashed it. Thats like how I got 70% of the 50 CD's I have.

Rofl I use Kazaa lite, and I only had the music problem once, with Barenaked Ladies. Everything else was fine. The movies are great though. I got my DVD quality LotR:TTT copy off Kazaa, and tons of other DivX rips. It's great because if you get an ATI RADEON card, you can connect your shit up, and watch these DiVX rips that are great quality, on your T.V, and hear the sound through your speakers. I love how legit companies always come out with stuff, like CD Burners, or DVD Burners, which just get used to do "illegit stuff" like burning dvds and games and stuff.

I've never heard of winmx, but theres a thing called newsgroups which you have to pay for but i know people that have a way around that. As for kazaa, i have never gotten any of the screeching or anything but probably because the bands i listen to aren't big and very well known, like bane, and every time i die.

yeah....anyway....."try before you buy" is the best policy....download the music, listen to it, and buy the damn CD.....if you like it. And delete the file.
