in single player (no net) or closed games you can hack anything to have lvl 99 skills for each one. Same with open from what I here. Just not on BNet open games.

Ofc auradin isent the Best dueller. becouse No Char is: all Chars got a weakness. And a Auradin, will become useless if some1 with High staked res + Absorb came by..
