Tortureing him is the only way to go:

First we hang him up on a fence or anything by his feet. Then we give everybody in Manhattan a small needle. Then they line up 1 by 1 and stick the needle anywhere they want, just dont push it in more then half an inch. After there done then 1 by 1 each person pulls a needle out of him. Then we take baseball bats and start whackin him anywhere as hard as we can, then after that if he is still living we let the people in Manhattan keep the bats, go to any location they want, and set Osama free.
