I wanna learn to program, is there a program that can gimme a tutorial? pls post

If you know C you can do C++ however you can't necisarilly do it vice versa (So I have been told)

Thats what I've been told as well, thats why I say learn it first Not only is it a good language period, but it is probably the best base you can possibly give yourself.
