i am taking a programmin class at my skool next year and i wanna learn how to program ahead of time... so if there is a program that can gimma a tutorial so i can make a program pls post a link or the program name or somthin... thank you!!!:wavey

Seems to be a fair place to start. Talk to crooked about wich language you want to learn.

What grade are you in, what level of a class, and what language would all be nice to know in advance. If you are taking AP it is probally Java as I think that is the universal ap test lang. Otherwise it is probally Visual Basic.

i am in 9th grade, i wanna learn to program maphacks and bots and such for diablo 2, but if that is too advanced for a BEGGINER then i will just wanna learn an easier form of maphack or botting (if that makes any sence) i dont plan on learning a language... i am signed up for Spanish 2 (even though i barley passed spanish 1 without learnin anythin) and i am gunna try n take weight trainin instead...

Maphacks are far to advanced for me to even begin to explain so are bots. You cant make a simple bo they are super advanced.

I advice you to always call progamming 'coding', it's much cooler that way. As for the topic, don't even start learning bullshit languages, go with useful stuff like C++ and Web Scripting, that's what the whole industry is using.

Yeah, C++ is good, you can do about everything with it (games, hacks, bots, injection, scripts, whatever) and it's not too hard or complicated. Just for the WinAPI (Windows Application Programming Interface) you should learn as many functions as possible, at least from the basics, but later, the rest. WinAPI is the basic structure thingy for Windows programming (which is what you should head for, unless you have specific other plans).

I did java and it wasn't too hard for beginner. Maphacks will be harder to do because you will need to find where the game skeepsthe info and retrieve it, change it and replace it (i think)

I would actually recommend you learning your basics in C first. C is just about all I know as of now (even though I'm going to college for programming...) but I hear that C is actually harder than C++ which is reknowned for being one of the hardest. If you can get the concepts of C, I hear that other languages should become quite simple to understand.
