I sprained my ankle today...

Have your parents go and get you an ankle brace for it, keep it up for hours at a time. Don't take off the brace either, just keep it up and don't walk on it. If you walk on it while it's sprained, your ankle will hurt for the rest of your life(Athritis). Anyways, I hope you feel better... And please, just take my advice...

Make sure you get a brace or something on it, even if you dont think you need on. I sprained my ancle bad back in third grade or something and didn't do anything about it, and it grew back wrong and I still can't really rotate it today. I mean, I'm fine running track with it, but I cant jump of that leg for beans and my walks somewhat weird... so yeah, get a brace =)

I've broken my arm twice. Each time I broke both bones in it.

The first time I broke it I was swinging on a clothesline (I'm serious) and my hand slipped and I fell off.
The second time I jumped out of a swing and jumped like 10 feet up and forward, and did a roll on my arm. Yea, they both hurt like a bitch.

Sprained pretty damn bad as I recall, but I dont think it was any worse. Its not like its horribly out of position, its not like it looks wierd or anything... I can move it up and down, I just cant rotate it =/

3 years ago: broke my ankle trippin down a board walk steps while chillin with friends

2 years ago: playin football in the city park .. a hole in the ground i fell and then sacked my ankle is not replaced with a artificial one with all this metal and crap after 2 surgeries

last year: broke my ankle playin tennis after my surgical ankle tripped out from under me

now my foot doesnt trip out from under me... it used to bc it was still week from thje surgeries

Yea, I am a mamas boy because I tell some people over the internet I have a sprain. Right... oh and btw, my father is dead. He died about 5 years ago, and I was 10 when he died. I didn't give a shit about politics back then. So both of those statements only make you look like the idiot. Congratulations!
