Now this thread, somebody replied with greate desire to need help, I couldn't just close and say "CREATE YOUR OWN THREAD"

Yeah, if the bump had been someone giving advice to a person that asked for help 4 months ago, it should be closed. But the bump was someone asking for help again, so it should stay open.

StarForge will be able to edit upgrade settings and restrictions in the next version (which should be soon...)
