Here is a question for you dylan_007 are you running either Windows 2000, or ME?
Also, what did you use to unzip, or decompress the utility?
I'm just wanting to know this to substantiate some theories I've been working on.

These two operating systems seem to have the most problems running this utility, while using WinZip.
Here is a possible cure.
Un-install the Xtra Editor from your PC.
Download a copy from the link in my signature. ((Down Below))
It usually comes as a .rar file.
If you don't have WinRar, get a shareware copy from somewhere, and decompress it with WinRar.
((If you do an unzip with WinZip, it sometimes loses stuff.))
After you decompress, install.
If it still says these same errors, >OR< even if it works, let us know.
Worse case scenarion, maybe I can transfer a copy to you through a messager, if the above fails.
By the way, thanks for posting the picture, until now, I didn't know what the error looked like first hand.
