I just found out I don't belong to any country

No, I'm not Osama, for heaven's sake.

I'm looking at a bunch of universities in England and Malaysia during an Education Fair in Kuala Lumpur, and I saw this criteria sheet.

It appears that because I left England for over 3 years, they consider me foreign despite the fact I am a British citizen.

However, I am foreign in Malaysia too, because I am not Malaysian and not a Permanent Resident here (yet, anyway).

So, I will have to pay foreign fees wherever I go for University. This really sucks.

Plus, Tony Blair is increasing University fees, right?

While it isn't too much of a bother now (I'm going for Sixth Form, which is about college for you American people), it will get worrying later, plus the high cost of living in England combined with Iraq gitters..... Sucks to be a student now.

I remmember you said you were taking your IGs or something earlier on this year...if you took them IN england, you'd be able to go to english universities as an english citizen (I know this guy who completed his first year of IG in the UAE, then moved back to england for the second year).

...and it does suck to be a student now, I've been accepted to a couple of unis I've always wanted to go to...now to figure out a way to pay my uni fees...
