And I don´t speak much Spanish. Most of my conversations have been made up of broken Spanish and a lot of hand gestures (on my part, of course. The people around here seem to be FLUENT in the language! Craaazy).

Been spending most of my time wandering around la Ciudad de Chihuahua, buying cheap liquor and smokes, writing and drawing and repeating ¨No hablo Español¨ (THERE´S A ****IN Ñ KEY ON MY KEYBOARD!!!)

Tip if you visit Mexico: ferreteria does not translate into ¨ferret store¨ despite how the language is SUPPOSED to work.

Mexican is the language of Mexico.
Mexican is a form of Spanish, if a Mexican were talking to a Spanish person from Spain, they probably wouldn't really understand eachother much.

There was the little duckling crying by a tree. This skunk comes up to him and asks, "Why you are you crying lil one?" The duckling replied, "my mother died before she told me what I am." The skunk puzzled looked the duck up and down and said, "well, you have a bill, feathers, webbed feet and you quack. I'm guessing you are a Duck!" The little duck sniffling up his tears thanked the skunk for telling him who he was. The skunk went on, "come to think of it my mother never told me what I am. Maybe you could help me?!" The duckling now full of a sense of importance said, "Sure, you helped me. Let's see here. You aren't really white, you aren't really black, and you stink pretty bad. You must be a Mexican."
