I also like to work out early in the morning. Gives a really great start to the day I think and then when you get home and are ready to sleep you fall asleep pretty quickly.
you'd be surprised how much weight you loose by just drinking straight milk and water. I use this water flavorer called miri. It has 0 carbs and 0 sugars and actually taste pretty good. I drank just that for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs just working.
Guys if anyone wanna reduce his/her weight so you can run half an hour daily and do 15 minutes yoga or aerobics definitely you should reduce your fat within 30 days.
