You know, the real solution is a little thing called growing pair and having some damn willpower. There are nights I literally don't sleep...but I get up at 6:00 every damn day to work. Does it hurt? Yes. Do I want to get up? No. Am I dog-tired the rest of the day? Certainly. But do I indulge myself and make excuses? Hell no.
I used to have troubles waking up. You find a way to deal with it. If your alarm doesn't work, find the one with the most obnoxious ringing sound you can find, crank it to max volume, and sleep with it next to your head. THEN, when it wakes you up --and it WILL if you do as I say-- you have the motivation and willpower to NOT hit that snooze button like a lazy piece of ****, and just get the **** up.
