How do I distinguis Dupes from legit item?

What i meant was since most hexes are duped,
aren't they supposed to be lvl 99?? Since the wrings are 99? And also, not all duped shit are lvl 99. I think there are some lvl90 duped 09 gazes in the realms too.

i love to play legit on hc i use what i find. but i found 2 much i didnt had place on my sword mule (too much sword) so i had to make a mule frenzy barb vl 90 with 2 gf's
PS: dont do a frenzy gf barb:; it sucks:shoot

So in the maphack congif do I just put:

Item Levels Toggle: 1, -1

Right?
So how do i now see the lvl of the item? By just putting the cursor over the item or something else?

I got it now! It works great!!
I just checked a p.gaze i got today, cuze the guy said he ripped me off cuze it was a duped(I gave occu,skullders and soj)
