well if it had +3 to sorc skills or +3 to light fire or cold skills and maby some resists id hoto it

well ude be loosing block,resist,and defense in gain of at most 3 skills

None of my sorces have ever used SS. To begin with, sorces have next to no defense that would make it worth-while. As far as resists go, the best you'd be doing is UMing the lidless, which wouldn't be worth a +3 staff with +3 to blizzard (which is +6!!).

As far as memory.. ugh. That staff, while having great stats isn't as good as HOTO for the simple reason being that it doesn't give the required resists. Also, the +10 dex allows you to wear a nightwings.

Not knocking on memory, cause I plan on using it for one of my chars.

Increase Maximum Mana 15%

Those are also nice mods to have. Not to mention the sage charges for dueling.

lol... actually you only lose 2 to blizz, since liddless adds one. I think the liddless would increase survial by a bit lol... it make be like 22% block (depends on dex) but still.... saves your life, who cares? also, you dont need dex to wear nightwings
