Compared to the much more lucrative and ridiculously expensive hoto...
Heart of the Oak (Ko+Vex+Pul+Thul)
+3 To All Skills
+40% Faster Cast Rate
+75% Damage To Demons
+100 To Attack Rating Against Demons
Adds 3-14 Cold Damage, 3 sec. Duration (Normal)
7% Mana Stolen Per Hit
+10 To Dexterity
Replenish Life +20
Increase Maximum Mana 15%

Memory has better stats, added defense (much more than 10 dex would give) other plus skills so you don't have to waste points in energy shield or static (two crucial sorceress skills IMO, energy shield more than static)
So with HOTO you get +7% FCR, resistances (which, yeah, are hella nice), and some replenish life which doesn't do alot
Did I mention memory, the only big runes you need are lum io and sol (which aren't even high runes), and in HOTO you need Ko+Vex+Pul. Did I mention, you could get twice, three times, or even four times the biggest runes in memory for just one vex? Come on people, just because the newer 1.10 runewords require huge runes doesn't make them godly.
