He made this program called the Battleforums Rager that let him spam whatever forum he wanted from it. I don't understand what was special about it other than it let you post from the webpage. It also had buttons that allowed you to post different stuff from shock sites. So I dunno what sealed the ban. It was either from text spam or for posting shock pictures.

what are shock pictures? so this forum used to have spam bots etc. i hope its all already cleared up specially now that we have a great contest.

Shock pictures are things that get you banned. That's pretty much simply put. You don't post them on here otherwise you get banned quick. They also aren't pleasant to look at. Why they're even on the net is beyond me.

The second one was a REALLY disturbing shock site.

Although it could be easily argued it to be not disturbing enough to be a shock site, anything with **** or disgusting pics involving it should be reason enough.

The first one's homepage had porn site links.

Yeah. He posted them right after the post where I told him they were against the rules. That wasn't very bright. He's real lucky he's a new member and even more lucky that Kinkarso accepted his begging. I'd banned and disqualified - especially since Cheeze wasn't allowed to participate in the Contest for being banned. Unfair.

Because Cheeze cheated, plus there were other reasons alongside that you would need to get out of Donny. All ElectricMole did was post unnecessary shock sites.

However, it's Donny's decision not I. I would only DQ him if he cheated.

Actually, all you did was clarify what I said with something more generic.

But it isn't my decision, it's Donny's. And he didn't cheat, he just broke a rule that got him banned.

I do, it's just I am NOT allowed to supercede any decision that was either A) ment for Donny or B) needs to be answered by Donny. We may be admins on the outside, but there is still a chain of command, and Forum Owner last time I checked, superceded all. This is why I can't really make forum decisions unless I am in charge.

The last time I superceded his command, you guys got pissed because Laharl was "Globally enforcing" you people before the contest. It was turning out fine to some degree till A) You people got scared and started to complain at me about it and B) Donny said I didn't have the power to control the operation of the forum. But then again, it was the fact Laharl was doing it and it was ruining the atmosphere that we have all gotten used to.

And, the unban Cheeze poll was done by Donny and was to be resolved by Donny. And I would rather be sorting out the blog/referal posts than dealing with his shinanigans. I work by Priority, not by simplicity.

If I had made that poll, (most likely I wouldn't anyways) then I would have executed the outcome myself.

A few people here tend to see the table and not the entire room that is the "admins".

Ever since Donny went on vaca, you've been "lol wait 4 donny plz". There are some things you could've handled. Like the cheeze poll, i would've unbanned him the day it closed. It's not hard. All this bull**** speculation about it being rigged didn't matter, because the speculation was against the people voting for cheeze to stay banned.

Dude, that was the ONLY problem the forum had during the week. Except for contest submission problems.

I know it's really easy to Lift a ban. Find the person in the banned entry, and select Lift Ban. But, there is a problem with polls that needed to be brung up.

The last time the poll was done on the same topic, multiple accounts were created between various users to make the polls tilt in said favors. Cheeze and Dragn I believe were the culprits at the time. And that is, the last time I checked, was rigging a poll. And no offense, why do we need to democratically decide if someone should be unbanned or not? Last time I checked, a person is banned because there are reasons and shouldn't be changed.

I didn't have access to who voted for whom. If I did, I would have done it myself. But the people who voted weren't displaying (the links are the results themselves, and they werent displayed). I figured that since Donny probably made it, he can find out via his own poll. Plus, it is technically a decision to allow someone to carry out thier own will.

As for the contest. The only complaints I got were: The Article submission for video wasn't working, how to submit your blogs, and the regulations for them. Only Jenny, ElectricMole and Dark Blade had the balls to discuss this with me. So I told them to improvise.

Video links can be Youtube links as long as they are about the topic, and blogs can be PMed to me so I can stash them for later and the points can be added up again at another time. That is how I solved that problem.

I made both decisions. And I carried them out. I just solved them in a way people don't exactly see Eye 2 Eye with.
