Wait till Phase 3, then I will let you know I need.

I'll just find a random 70 or so people to make up the creep count. We have decided the game will be different. The objective is to send out battleforum members, to destroy the opposing team's c0rt's house. They get to pick heroes and try to stop them. Don't worry, we will make sure it doesnt get rigged. Like the Phoneix from the DOTP (stupid bitch btw).

Alrighty, I guess you can say
PHASE 2 WAS NOT REQUIRED LOLZ

Phase 3 - What are you guys good at?

I know basic triggers,I can terrain,I can customize heros and items, I can skin.
I know how to do many other things also.

I can trigger and play around with unit settings to best extent.

Ah well, I will be the bad guy :(

Ok I want some uber spellcasting skills like the "Bit and Byte Tornado" that changes the hero's stats to absolut gayness once casted.

That can't be done without custom triggers -_-;. I can give you a howl of terror that does nasty effects... and I said earlier no cheap skills will be looked at.

Hellwolf I could figure out how to custom triggers from other maps and fiddle around with them.

Awesomeness. Our development team is in

PHASE 3 GOT POONED

Phase 4: Map breakdown.

Me and N_ have made up the specifications for our map.

It will be a Felwood tileset. 64 x 96 but different. Half the map will be the cortalos side, it will be all trees and nice stuff. On Roach's side (enemy), its all polluted and blightened. At the top you can get your creeps and a space below that is where you chose your heroes. The map will have scenery, hills and everything like that. I will allow Krikkit a crack at this. He will do the basic terrain, then pass the map to me, then I give it to Auron for the hills and doodads. Then pass it pack for me to edit.

So it will go Krikkit -> Hellwolf -> Auron -> Hellwolf. This will finish Phase 4. I will edit the map when I need to. I will allow people to do fair share of the work. If you have a problem, notify me ahead of time.

Ok, thanks Hellwolf, I was gunna give it a try jsut to see if I could. But tell me, what is the layout for Hero Line Wars, as I have never played one...guess maybe I should just go download one? Any more specifics you want to be included? I'll do my best! It'll be done in a day or so, expect it Saturday if I get one d/led, if not, Sunday or Monday by latest.

Alright Krikkit. Here is how it will work.

There will be a divider at the halfway point make it about 10 sections big. Then put a hole in the center wide enough (has to go down) to fit 15 beacons and wisps. A boundary will be set on the cliffs AND any unused space (this is to keep Aragorn's summons from offensive attacking the enemy). If you can't fit this go 96x96 btw. Next, we want some creative looking ness. so put a stream going from the top to near the bottom. I will edit it and smooth edges and crap (must be done on both). Auron then makes height changes, terrain stuff, and doodads. I will then edit it again, and tada. Phase 4 Complete. I will post screenshots of the two sides when its completely edited. If you need help, I have a copy of Hero Line wars 9.3 so you can look at how the boundaries work and that will do it.

Auron, think about what you want to edit our terrain with. like mountains and stuff. However, the terrain is Felwood tileset. If you want to modify it, like
use tiles, I would prefer using parts of the Dalaran tileset.

Oh btw, we need a cool development team name :)

dont make it exactly look like.. most hero line wars, lets try something diff,

like forest style on Cort's side, with some houses around it, and on roach's side, we can have creeps, all UD stuff you can think of, broken houses and all..

and instead of straight roads, we could have curvish road etc... blah

COMPLETLY DIFFERENT THAN THAT. This game is taking place in a forest with trees and stuff all over the place. Mountains, hills, streams, to make the map have a visual awesomeness. BTW, its all one lane, no seperations.

yea =/ I really dont like that layout.. its just uber gay, and one layout like hell wolf said,

and we all agree with horizontal line with curves on the road and stuff?
