My stay in Greece was great, even while travelling alone on the tram at 9pm. No crime or nothing!
I mean shit, you could wake up to the sound of a boeing fucking crash landing in your room completely out of the blue. My whole point to all of this is that you could die at any moment. Fuck, I work in Afghanistan of all places, but just a few months ago, my boss almost got RUN OVER by his (sober) next door neighbor back in the States while he was out shoveling snow in his driveway.
My new personal motto/quote's become:
Life's too beautiful to live in fear.
(So fuck em all, let's have a beer?)
Not sure about that second part yet. Sorta robs the feeling/emotion of the first part.
