Why! please?

Ok so I was tagged , due to my server crashing ,,,says Blizzard. it will take 3/4 to 7 days ,,says blizzard to return,,, and they cant do a thing,, say blizzard,, 2 mins after the calll to their office , I was un-tagged,,, 3 hours latter I was tagged again .. I dont hack ,,and never crashed this time, I have only missed one quest ,, any sugestion please..

My friend got his account tagged for a old ass Map hack lol
btw he had an ith colosseus would that be any reason to tag an account? he called 3 weeks a go , they said they would send an email.....still no email. THOSE BASTARDS . I WAS GETTING ITH FOR MY BIRTHDAY

You get tagged for the following: Having ith's in pocession, using maphack, or threatening people to hack there account, which I say when I get super pissed, but I get tagged alot for threatening, just sucks I actualy can 't hack those 9year old bastards!
