It p[robably is a Gul. If you got a Vex off of HF in Hell, it was on open with hacks or something. Highest I got was Gul, but Ist is better then Gul on West so Ist is the best ruen I've ever gotten. Usually when I do it at higher level I get a rune above Um. ^^

cLvL / MF does not matter when looking for high runes.

Yes, Gul is highest HF rune in hell. You can however get Lo from Countess. Which means Ohm and Vex are obtainable in hell.

hmm ok gul is highest if sf says, but i did find vex from "helforge" i guess i killed a monster or something .. close this plz
