Why would max block be super XXXX hard to get??? You talking about str req? or putting the stats in dex? EG. My sorc is on NL softcore so I don't see why you can use this build for HC
100 str, 170 dex rest to vitality. I get 156 str (str req for SS) from anni, fletch and COH. Dex from anni and nightwing. With a 6bo cta i get about 1.5k life with over 5k mana.
I even have a fire sorc with max block. but i had to put like 180 to dex and with no energy shield she can tele non stop in baal runs without dying. 1.4k life on this girl.
