Got a sleep Prob

I also have sleeping problems. I wake up 4-5 times every night no matter what medicine I take or how quiet the environment is I can't stay asleep. I am practically falling out of my seat in school and rarely have a lot of energy to get outside anymore : / .

lol this is all BS.

Get some pills and you'll be asleep in no time. Pills are the answer for everything. Depression, sleeplessness, suicide....

If they are all vey similar/ having the same one more than once then i had something like that, thought not every night, once and A while i get the same creepy dreams, and there are about 4 that keep coming back maybe once a year since I was younger. It could be something you do before bed.

Was this a sudden thing or was her health deteriorating?

As for the whole food thing, I never had strange dreams after eating stuff before bed. I used to eat before going to bed a lot too.
