Al Gore lost against what could possibly be the most inept person to ever run for office, what makes you think he is better than Ron Paul?
He technically won because he got the most real votes, but not all the bs electoral college votes. The reason why the most "inept" person got into office is because all the bible humpers support Bush just because he was basically a southern christian boy. I know that sounds sad but it's true.

And by reading your vote about Al Gore being a corporate puppet I now realize that you must not know a damn thing about politics.

Do a little research and then talk to me.
I would suggest you read Crashing the Party by Ralph Nader and maybe take a U.S Government 101 class...

I don't think that is what I said.
By basing your opinion of his research, yes, that is what you said. Is everyone else forgetting Gore just won a Nobel Prize, I'm pretty sure they don't hand those out to people who might even be considered "corporate puppets."

I used his book because trying to look up 10 year old campaign donations on google is harder than you would think. Nader validates all of the sources in the book.

You base way too much on the Nobel Prize committee. We are talking about a group that gave Yasser Arafat a Nobel Peace Prize...

I bet they know alot more about the work of both Gore and Arafat than you do. Anyhow, the Nobel Prize is impressive in any case and Al Gore has a lot more global support then all of the other candidates.

My opinion is based off what I think the whole world needs, not just United States.

Assuming Al Gore was worth a ****, why should Americans vote for someone the whole world needs? The U.S needs to vote in their interest.

I'm also curious to why you believe this.
All that **** about his personal life seemed like an afterthought with very little relation to the film. That thing about his son where he was like "my son got hit by a car! I was there for him because I'm a great father!" and then at the end "oh yeah, life is precious so we should stop global warming". Basically every cut scene like that seemed emotionally manipulative. I liked his lecture though. If he gave a lecture in my area I'd probably go see it, so long as he didn't talk about his son or about how Bush stole the election from him. I still wouldn't vote for him though.

I was reading about how, because Al Gore won his Nobel prize, he is considering or being persuaded to consider running for Presidency. How many of you would vote for him if he did? I would vote for him if I could, but I'm Canadian.

The reason I'm into American politics and not Canadian is because Canada has nobody worth rooting for.
I would .....NOT vote for that ....well i wouldnt even call him a man. Yeah I wouldnt vote for it.

I was going to ask you to explain why until I saw this.

Fair enough CB, but it seems like all you guys do is poke holes in his case. The only person who actually said what they disagree with him about is Tipsy, and the rest of you just stated what you dislike about him.

The only other candidate I would vote for is Kuncinic, or however you spell his name.
