I know the story you're talking about. The court did not rule that gay marriage was illegal, or ammend the state Constitution to prohibit it. It merely ruled that the actions taken by the San Fran mayor, Newsome, were illegal, and that he overstepped his bounds.

I'm talking more about the cases in Missouri (they recently ammended their state Constitution to prohibit gay marriage, and the recently thrown out FMA.

And I'm damn glad they legalized it in Mass. Eventually, they do it everywhere.

And by claiming that Evolution is a "religion", you've just demonstrated that you don't even know the word "religion" means.

You don't like gays. You want to restrict them as much as possible in life, simply because you don't agree with them.

I totally agree. There should be no reason for them go to around flaunting about their gay pride. It doesnt matter if your gay, because it doesnt make you anything great. Its not like youve accomplished anything, it just means you like things a little differently than most people. That doesnt make you special and doesnt mean you have to go out showing your so called "pride" when you doing other things that are timeworthy.

It doesnt matter who wants to restrict them, because we have the right to say whatever we want. They dont need or have to justify their cause. If you believe in religion or whatever that makes you say "Yes, being gay is a sin/ is not right," you should be able to go out and say that and do everything in your power to stop it. Its just people choice and they should be able to follow it to their full extent and if you think "Its right" then go ahead fight them, but dont tell them how to think and justify with words like "discrimination."
