I resign as a spammer.

I will no longer spam, and if I do it will be lightly to moderately done so.

I will stop "abusing my powers" as some people might put it.

I will not however stop the buttseksing :(

I would like to know as well. As BF was giving me trouble when I tried to get into it.

Oh and Viz you are an imature mod. You didn't show any respect for your position and further more abused it.

If they want to demod me becuase of something stupid then so be it.
Real good Viz. Why are you a mod Viz? You like the power where you can spam without being warned? Or you want to help out the forums? I hope it is the latter.

I am not even going to bother with this thread.

What's done is done and you trying to stop now, is irrelevant.

Why are you constantly trying to get people demodded? What is your reason?

Axl, I can justify my post in that thread. I agree with Viz on one point: When someone has spammed I don't believe that people should post telling the person that they have spammed. This only creates more spam. Anything past a reported post is merely an attempt to draw attention to one's self. I believe that members sometimes exaggerate the amount of spam that is present to try to attain a moderator position. I think the same thing, however, about moderators who post to tell that they've moved the thread to another forum and things like that. It's just an inflated post count isn't it?

People bring this on them selves. I don't consider what Viz did to be any better then some banned spammers do. I really don't understand on how he did this:

Spamming and abusing his powers.

ROFL, did you actually say that? I probably have tons of AIM convos where you asked me to mod discussion.

While you are right in some respect you are wrong in others. When you are given a mod job you are to help out the forums. However this may not be the case with a select few who can't handle the responsibility or just don't know what kind of fun is an ok fun (IE teenagers may think that smoking with there friends is fun, but in reality you are only ****ing your self).

I agree with you on things like this thread (it was in the asylum before) because it is out in the open where members are free to comment on it. However I do most my spam reporting through the report system and if the case is more serious (like a mod abusing his power) I will bring it to BStaff.

In it self when a mod (or above) spams it tells the whole forum that "HEY! I'm a mod and I spam and get away with it! Why shouldn't you?" which I try to stress a lot. A lot like this thread (that was in the asylum).

Some people have to realize when a mod spams, it is a hell of a lot more serious then when a normal member does it. Whether it has immediate effects or not.

That's true, but it's allot easier to have mixups when a mod doesn't record what they've done, i.e. if a mod moves something to the wrong forum, it would be assumed that it was the member's fault for posting there (but yeah, mods should be smarter than that). I think I had a problem like that where I jumped on a member when it was a mod's fault, I just had no way of realizing that.
