Forum Suggestions/Improvements?

nat renzo that ability would be abused to hell. i suggest just rating the user as 1-5 and be able to see what people have voted for that person. you should also be able to modify what you rated that person cuz say your pissed at them and then you get cool with em you might put up their rating by 1 or 2

Generally, I like Renzo's idea of rating, but like Punk RY said, people are going to abuse that option. How about if the mods did the rating for that one? That's what they do on www.sparknotes.com with the message boards.

I'm going to take these ideas to SkuZZy tonight when I talk to him about moderators to be added to the forums... so far the ideas I see with the most popular support are:

1) Rating system which can only be voted on by moderators or mods in training
2) Expanded emoticons
3) Current mood/music boxes for posts
4) Skins? I know there was some controversy there, but I'll see what he thinks. I did bring this up to him back when I was first made a mod, but he kinda shrugged away the idea.
5) A new Music Forum in the BattleForums General Section

If you guys have any more ideas, post them here soon before I talk to him and I'll make sure I tell him.

Yes, i see no reason to delete them. I think it gives some of the new members of the forums, someone to look up to, or to ask advice from. And to ask about other members.

I dont like smashbros idea of having a music in the homepage, that would lag, at least in my computer...

And if post count was deleted, I think some flam would lower... but that was already discussed, and, as it seems, it remains.

Posters should be able to delete their posts.

Sign img enabled, but with a size / area limit, just like the avatars.

As everyone said, more emoticons enabled.

Ive got a good idea, More then one attachment for posts (But have the same limit you already have), Or be able to put picture up without the site, Like a picture you have in your documents and such.

Normal Forums are fine, WC and SC is fine, CHANGE THE DAMN RED IT HURTS MY EYES.

Also I say get rid of hacks on this forum, and be harder on spammers. Don't be afraid of making something good happen by banning the spammers and the hackers. Hackers lower the quality of a forum and spammers do to. BAN HACKS LIKE WHEN I HAD FIRST JOINED!!

U are more than dense, look at the forums, SC WC and Diablo Froums have HACKING forums I HATE HACKS AND I WILL NOT SUPPORT A SITE THAT HAS A HACK SECTION.

I have already made my mind that I might leave for good this time, unless something is done for this site. Skuzzy or Cortalos this is a direct message BAN HACKERS or i'm gone. (well I guess that isn't a big loss but hell I think the oppinion of one man is like a thousand voices)

They can just look at the date below our names, And make the date more specific (not hour minute seconds.....)

Think about spamers like Punk_rock_spam, who spammed his way to the top? Me? I'm a role model and will probably stay that way mod or not, Not that I am trying to sound big, it's just that alot of people seem to think im a good guy. I have alot of posts, but i don't spam
