I'm tempted to buy a box of Total just to see if that's true.

Actually if there was really iron shavings in the cerial, the milk would become a bit greyish, also it would hurt your teeth when you chewed..So i highly doubt what he said is true..Funny, but not true.

It wouldn't necessarily turn the milk gray....I doubt there would be enough of it to do that. And if the iron was in small, smooth bits, you wouldn't even notice it when you were chewing :/ You never know. I still say we try it for ourselves....

maybe its just me, but i always though pennies were made of copper. hmm.

you cant just suck on a bar of iron to get your minerals, but the iron that rubs off cast iron pots is nutritional. interesting. regardless, i agree that it is a scheming scam. those total bastards are putting free iron shavings that they pick up off the ground in metalshops in to their cereal and saying its a good thing!

its in very small shards fool, its impossible to notice without like REALLY loooking. the magnet looks all fuzy from the shards though.
