ok, at school, we have to go through these filter things...they dont allow us to access some sites that they think are about games and what not...

so i need you guys to list some filter bypass sites, i know there out there, the one i used proxy.impulsestorm.com was blocked by our school, so now i cant get to the sites i want to go to, so can someone please help me!!

ok what you do is go to altavista.com and use the translator then input the website you want translated and have it translate it from spanish to english

change the proxy under internet settings. if u cant access that u can try www.ubersearch.tk
my internet filter at my school blocks google and altavista translation and also https:// ! those damn dirty apes

Shouldnt be on the internet at school anyway.

But just find some kid that knows another language, and tell him to tell you how to spell words in german or such that you want to search, then just translate them...That's what I've always done

umm well the whole point of our 3 computer labs in our school is to go on the internet. and also our teacher gives up 45 minutes to do whatever on it...

and also we dont actually mean to translate webs pages u ass, u just tell it to translate a page u want to go to and sometimes it well allow u to go there

Change the proxy under internet settings? I hope someone has said something about this that I just skipped over...that proxy is your DNS server as well (if your school is as smart as they should be) and if you change it, you will NOT connect to the internet. Network capability should still be up, but no www

u can still get internet if u enter the right proxy and port. i do not know any... but i think the ones on sites like http://www.openproxies.com/ might work
