Favorite Chess Piece?

Whats your favorite chess piece? Mine is the knight, because he's cool looking and he can jump people.

BTW you cant say queen, since shes too almighty and powerful.

No one chess peice is superb by itself (save the queen, maybe) but if I had to choose one i'd say Bishop or Knight.

Well, each pieces can be as usefull than the other, it just depend on the situation. But, personaly, the piece I use the most during a game is the knight, but the most usefull is the tower. I'd sacrifice both knight/one kight and bishop anytime to get ride of a tower. simply put, they're the most usefull major piece at the end of the game.

At the end of the game, absolutely. Makes it easy to trap the King, however the Bishop I've found to be one of the sneakiest of all pieces. It can travel across the entire board and waste whatever you can find a clear, and safe shot at.

I can't tell you how many times I've been able to screw people over by positioning my Bishops in the right places.

Mid-game, I'd have to go with Bishop as one of my strongest pieces.

u can use it to defend ... towards the end-game , those will be the pieces that will cause ur opponent trouble as they will be busy preventing them from being promoted to wat we cant saw here ... the QUEEN !!!
