BKB is painful to every caster hero. Dagon, Laguna, and Finger do pass through it, but for most heroes that use it, their response is "So what?" Sometimes, if you're up against a skill-dependent hero, you can use it just to piss them off. Oftentimes, it tilts the battle in your favor as well.
