Which is why you try your best at the start to make sure that the Naix player doesn't get that 59% life leech. As you said, they should fix it so its an orb effect.

considering 6.12b is out i think they rebuffed him
what does everyone think of rigwarl, the bristleback? i think hes really awesome with his nasal goo, it ensures an enemy wont get away so often.
