Magina's neat spellshield is passive with no penalties, nice. Invoker seems cool. When he gets his fire one up hXc he gets insane HP regen. His spells are okay, but their cooldowns are real long and he seems to be pretty weak spell and statwise late game.

New void is okay. His new ability that increases at damage percent is pretty lame. It just makes you want to go evasion/bash sooner. Ultimate is okay, not as good as the old universal one. His evasion from what I can tell was buffed to the max with the chance of spells missing too.

well the invoker everyone is saying hes imba because he can double cast. and his chaos meteor owns creeps wave and hecan stop an enemy for attacking for what? 8 seconds? thats really nice to have. the voids mini omni is great it rapes things once you get a maelstorm and his chronosphere is pretty owny too.

Ya, but you have to figure the damn combinations out. That is a hero I recommend to try out off line just to learn his spells, cuz you're prob gunna get owned if you random him in a pub game.

Exort Quas Wex - Invoke Confuse

Description:

Creates a dummy unit that looks like Kael within 300/400/500/600/700/800/900/1000 of Kael, based on level of Exort. Image lasts 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40 seconds based on level of Quas and takes 150%/140%/130%/120%/110%/100%/90%/80% damage, based on level of Wex, but does not attack. When this image dies, a ghost remains in its place, lasting twice as long. The ghost gives vision and distracts the enemy.

Description:

Description:

Calls 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16 magical fireball(s) from the sky to land around Kael. Each fireball deals 30 damage to units that lay beneath it, and leaves a magical Fireball remaining. Each fireball does 150 damage per second to units within 200 of the fireball. When the Fireball expires, it deals 150 AOE damage.

Description:

im using Trystero spell list from dota-allstars forum

that a lot of stuff to take in at the time but Invisibility Aura seems really hardcore and his invoke mana burn at full power is like 400 mana/hp and Invoke Soul Reaver that 800 damage

gj copying. disarm and levitate are handy, and icey path owns a push, combined with chaos meteor. shroud of flames, if you can get the tower to attack you, means gg tower with lvl 8 exort. :D

well didn't i say that memorizing them would be a pain. u think i have enough brain power and enough patience to sit down and try out every single spell, heck no i rather be playing dota. anyways it takes forever 4 invoker to become good like around level 20 before he starts 2 own anyways be he is a fun hero to play.

no, he does fine once he gets 2 of his regeants maxed. its not that hard to play him, you just have to know which spell to invoke at that time. i.e. carrying team mates with invis aura, or waiting for a team mate to arrive while wasting time with levitate. or savings everyones ass with icey path, or stoping a push with chaos meteor, while tornado blast is ready to be invoked. or ****ing up naix with disarm so he cant leach. or screaming "stfu" to a caster with deafening blast. or backdooring a tower with shroud of flames. or ****ing up svens god strength with shock. or surviving a eclipse effectively with arcane arts. or screwing over a techies or sa with owl scout.

ya im babbling on and on :p

u can f**k up sven god strength with a diffision blade, u can also stall time till ur teammates come with euls, and u can stop almost everyone with sheep stick so yeah invoker go nothing on items. and plus he can't stand up to the new and improve AM.

Naix is littered with passive effects. Sadly, any hero with critical strike effects can outmelee him.

And any hero can obtain critical strike by buying Crystalis (Or better), which therefore means that Naix can also get it. Besides, any hero with a good nuke(s) can own Naix. Naix has very little HP because he gets 4.05 agility each level, and like only one 1.05 strength each level.

Basically, Naix can't stand up to ranged heros. He owns creeps hard, but that's about it.

Avatar is ok, it doesn't last for long and whoever is against Naix would use their brain and run away if Naix goes Avatar (And if they are a caster).

There are just better hero's than Naix.

your post isnt valid. sadly he has anabolic frenzy which speeds the ****er up, and also poison to slow you down. so you cant just run away and have that solve all your problems, because it wont. and naix can own ranged heroes! ive seen it done. the simple solution to naix is to get lothars, and ww away.

I just have this thing about Naix, i've used him a couple of times and yes his poison pwns against hero's because of slow, but in early game, Naix isn't all that tough.

Naix can own anyone, much like every hero, you just need to do it right. And about lothars, i might get those next time (I know just about nothing about the items/recipes, i only know a few).

Gondar is a good example. Shrukien Toss can take a large chunk of life out of him. His fast attacks combined with criticals can weaken him to a point where you could cloak and finish him off before he escapes. Sadly, only 1 of the 5 heroes I don't suck with when I play DOTA.
