Ok well I guess this is as much proof as anything, both Ebay and a couple of the sites that bots spam in the channels have NL items on the USEast Ladder, if you don't remember or have never seen these items they are pretty damn amazing. Bugged valors (+2 skills, 4 open sockets), Corruption Grips, Imp Brow Ammies and tons more.
