Dose anyone know how to move items from non ladder to ladder?

There have been some posts on the Blizzard forums. They say there is a way to move items from the non ladder to ladder now. Dose anyone have info on how its done?

well there is one but it takes a entire ladder season, each ladder reset they change all the ladder chars to non so then they get all there items and every thing so that is the only way how, i just found out the other day because i was wondering how all my chars switched from ladder to non.

I tried that this last reset. I was on battle net when the ladder reset. I even had two computers set up to try it and make it fast. No luck they close off access while they did the reset.
Since the idiot who sent me the trogen decided to reply to me. I think I will let everyone know who it was. Im going to change the link so it isnt live.
