ok. first of all: Lings are a newb tactic, but if ur good enough, u might get to a good technological standing with them. Although, some of the ling tactics ive seen people use are pretty sad....

I usually dont research burrow, but i have found that doing a 2-hatch main --> pool build and massing lings with burrow and ling speed early can be quite effective. If u manage to get into his base u can start killing things, burrow when his units arrive and then send in more lings (keep pumping and rally to his base)

Works best vs terran, since zerg has overlords and u have to make a pool before hatch vs toss.

How can you say zerglings suck? Where's your proof? All units have a purpose. Just because its a first level unit doesnt mean it sucks. Why dont you turn them into cracklings and watch the fireworks?

Well if all else falls you can mass ling someone and try to over-welm them.

That is one of my favorite last resorts in ZvP or ZvZ. If I know I can't win I send in mass Cracklings to hopefully kill them before they kill me.
