My ankles can support upwards of 200 pounds :D.

I work out to the point where I don't gain muscle but I don't lose it. I personally run on pure adrenaline in life. I live off of pot, junk food, water, and not much sleep and my life has never been better.

I'm a weak skinny dude, but I pride myself in know that my fingers are probably like uber buff. I finger bench about like, 1,500 keys a day.

Good points, I remember asking someone what he benched, he said 170, so we went to the gym and loaded up the bar. Half a rep later I was pulling it off of him, later he said "looks like we both got our workout".

ephedarine is gross. Any of that junk is horrible. And no I don't work out.
how so? taken in small doses your fine, but it's when you get dumb with the substance that you screw your body.

i probably get 1500 on my a,s,w,d keys.. each and probably the same on n,0,0,b keys and probably the s,t,o,p u,s,i,n,g t,h,e s,h,i,e,l,d g,u,n get about 1000

Lets see, I used to bench 190 or so for 8 ish reps, but I stopped working out from feburary until 2 weeks ago, so now I bench 130. I plan to pass my old mark by next january ^_^;; (I went from like 90lbs to 145lbs in 4 months, it sucks)

bench press 3 sets of 8 with 260 lbs
one arm curls 3 sets of 6 reps with 45 lbs
i can also run 2 miles in 10 minutes and 30 seconds

i'm a god:D

Just remember to lay off caffeine with that stuff. High doses of both can be very bad for your heart.

I used to lift, but I never got to very high weights because I have a reoccurring elbow injury. I've sprained something in both of my elbows multiple times, or at least that's what the orthopedic surgeon said after all my test results were inconclusive. Oh well at least I got some nice painkillers once for it.

Maybe i'll start lifting again in a few weeks, and then i can have something more to say than things break when I do too much.

all i really do is alot of pushups and situps.. my freind has a bench, but only like 170 lbs with all the weights combined. i can get the 170 off the bar easy, but cant do reps of it.

i got some weird machine in my basement... i use it sometimes, but i think pushups and situps are more effective...

i could probably kill somebody with my fingers, especially the one use for s. i think s and t are the most common ones i use. i also think the fingers used to say "the hellbender carries three ****ing people, not one! come back!" must be pretty strong by now ^^.
