Do you use Defilers?

Yeah, tanks can hit units under the swarm, but deal splash damage.
If he's using hydras under the swarm, bats are suffice.
So are zeals, dark temps, as you mentioned psi-storm. Again, reavers deal splash damage. Archons are also unaffected.
Zerg counters are as you mentioned lings, but also ultras.

Moof, it's better to use ultra-lings, than hydras. They're MUCH more effective. Try it and see the difference. Hydras under the swarm is generally NOT a good idea.

As an overall, comment, yeah I use defilers. They have an ability that other spell caster has.

i always use keep about at list 1 defilter burry in base with a queen above it. I use the green stuff of queen and the red stuff of defilter against bc and carrier, also gar. It help alot. A strat zerg is a king zerg

I use overlords and drop into their minerals, plague the whole place, then use lurks to mop up.....one time some idiot put tanks in range of his resources and was blasting away at his scvs and command center......he took out my lurks, but he also took out his most important shit........omg n00b.......btw the plague helped ALOT.......sped up his sad death

I usually use defilers for defence..unless i have to break through a very tough protoss defence, then i just use dark swarm + ultraliks...VERY EFFECTIVE...

I had my friend whinning not to use dark swarm lol

defilers are great especially against bcs you just do plague. I love that move
