I need one, but i don't want one the same old typical teenage job. (cashier, grocery store bagger, etc)
RadioShack.
I work there. Awesome benefits, awesome pay (during summer and around holidays), and most importantly...
PEOPLE TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND COURTESY THERE
Whether people just acknowledge the fact that you have to go through a lot of training when you're hired, or the fact that you can help them out with whatever problems they have, it's a completely different atmosphere working at a place like Radioshack for me after doing countless clerking jobs.
Occassionally you get the typical asshole... who doesn't, but it's amazing. Once in awhile you have to go to a district associates meeting... they pay you $.35/mile.
For me, I get a $25 check everytime I go to one, and it costs me maybe $10 to get there and back.
They care about their employees. It can suck it's commission or $6.75 (whichever's greater) sometimes, plus Special Incentives, but other times you make between $15-$25/hour. The company takes care of it's own.
