Do you guys research upgrades?

I do most of the time.

Upgrading makes a huge difference.. i always upgrade. If im low on gold.. i upgrade attack/armour once (for grunts). Otherwise.. i try to upgrade them to 2/2. Upgraded units are a lot better than unupraded ones. But upgrade the armour/attack of units that you have in high numbers, otherwise its a waste of resources.
