Do guns kill people or people kill people?

I think its the person, the gun has no choice but to shoot the bullet if you shoot it, so it can't be held respondable... but the person shooting does, they choose the wrong choice, not the gun... so the killer should get done...

Exactly. Even if a gun did magically go off and end up killing someone, you still couldn't convict it of any crime because it isn't living, therefore has no motive. So I guess guns can kill people, but only people murder people.
