its a lucky day in chinese. im feeling lucky to day.

yeh lets all just die and freeze and then the alien will unfreeze us so that we can all live in the year 3000. Its a shame we can't experience playing a playstation3000 etc.

During my extensive (ongoing) research on the subject, I concluded on the following:

A. The Long Count of the Mayan Calendar, which ends on Dec. 21 2012, counts a cycle of approx. 26.000 years. This cycle is also known as the Precession of Equinoxes or a Platonic Year.

B. According to the british geologist James Lovelock (Ages of Gaia), every 26.000 years the Earth's position shifts slightly and receives more Sun radiation. Every third period of this cycle (75.000 years) the Earth has been in an Ice Age. The latest Ice Age was indeed 75.000 years ago and it was caused by the erruption of the Indonesian supervolcano Toba.

The problem is that during the 1700's and early 1800's we were heading for another Ice Age, but the Industrial Revolution not only stopped the trend, but it actually reversed it. The Earth is getting closer to the Sun, but instead of being frozen during the process, it's overheating.

The world isn't going to end in 2012, just like it hasn't ended the hundreds of other times it was predicted to, and just like it won't end the next hundred times it is going to.

Global warming concerned me for about a month back in 06. I was in Russia, I just watched The Day After Tomorrow and me and my friends were taking a walk in downtown St.Petersburg, it was a sunny day, kinda warm then all of the sudden hail! Seriously, like no clouds or anything hail came out of nowhere, it blasted everything for like 10 minutes then disappeared, that kinda freaked me out a little bit. But the thing is, the world is not gonna end and if it does its not going to be due to bad weather.

well not all really. i think having a job and earning is fun.

its just that sometimes i think life is just cruel and unfair so thats why i think its better all of us die at the same time.

I wouldn't want the world to end in my lifetime. I also wouldn't want it to end in my kids of grandkids lifetime. Maybe my great grandkids. Yeah. That wouldn't be as bad. Life is fun and there's so much to do in the world.
