It's not battery...battery is beating somone unmeaningfully..

She got arrested for statatory rape..or having sex with a minor. Until he is 16, he cannot have sex with anyone over 18. Even after 16 (The age of self-concent), if his parents disapprove it (with a teacher I would say so...) they could have still busted her. Only when he is 18 will he be completely legal to bone her until she can't walk straight.
