they werent found they were made in the cube by puttin in a ring and 3 cham runes and transmuting until it got to 100% MF which then became the constriction ring. thank you and good night. (btw this WAS in fact during beta and early patches so it no longer works. dont waste your runes)

Comments? Im pretty sure thats wrong because the rings wouldnt be in the UNIQUE color if you crafted it in a cube. And many sites have that in their item list as unique rings.

1 look at the stats on the ring and the stats on a LEGIT ring from any of Blizz affiliated web sites with a constricting ring on it.

Same but slightly different.

looks to me that some serious hacking has gone on here. Constricting rings were taken out in the 1st patch, and I seriously doubt that anyone no matter how good got to a high enough lvl to have one drop in such a short time frame.

and the stats are just not the same, take a look.

I have 3 of them, Ill enjoy till 1.10 then Ill start over again.

Constriction ring is legit but blizzard made it a % to drop it
It is very hard to find it. I heared that blizzard will put a time and if you kill mephisto at that time he will have a chance to drop it

did u not see me post that they were MADE? HZ confirmed it (one of the best hackers)

no blizz had them on their site, because they were going to put them in. BUT, they decided they were too godly or something so they took them out. So HZ or whoever made them made them in open and transfered them over to closed (they were made originally not found in open)
