it does bugger your eyes up though, havent you seen them safety thingis, have regular breaks from the comp ect.. They have stuff that you can put on the moniter to stop it... radiation is everywhere.. microwaves mobile phones they ignore it because the levels of radiation are so low..

In reply to the source I read it in a new york times newspaper but I am getting the feeling that this claim is somewhat exagerrated, although computers didnt come out long ago its not to say that we wont notice something in 20 years. Although after doing some additional reading I can conclode that as of now a comp monitor can only make you more near sighted, so I guess it still screws your eyes to some extent.

Its not lights its mostly the low frequency radiation. Then again staring at a white word document or webpage is like staring into a light bulb. You figure out why it hurts ur eyes lol...

Id really like to hear the source of this information, but seeing how monitors dont give out hazerdous levels of radiation Id have to say its total bs. As for the slim possibility its true well than bring it on.
