Yes, with Ironwood Branch (which is dirt cheap), and go and make a Headdress of Regeneration. Is as good as Ring of Regeneration but also makes an excellent creeping item.*

Alls you get from it is lifeleech. You get no +dmg to increase critical damage. You also get a few extra hp and death pact ability. But, really, when I've used PA I kill so fast and deal so much damage (Treads/MKB/MoM/BF) that I lose basically no HP. MoM is better then Satanic in the sense of lifeleech in the fact that you attack faster when its activated which allows more criticals more frequently. With MoM activated you're going to be leeching just shy of what you would with Satanic. You would, however, be doing more damage and have more chance for crits.

yep i get those items as well. hell, my former build for pa was to get treads > mom > 2 bashers. i have a replay of me owning with that strategy (5.48 though). but, satanic gives 25 strength, which is a nice boost to hit points (19x 25 = 475 hp?). that can tank a whole nuke, with a remaining 200 hp (factoring in hero resistance to spells) and plus, the death pact is handy in sticky situations, as in gang bangs if they focus you you can DP a nearby creep and get tons of life back, enabling you to get away (this is considering you dont drop them so fast )

Well im going to have to agree with greg (dream_walker) on this one for the fact that ive seen it first hand about.... 9 times now and if he gets that satanic theres pretty mutch dick all you can do about it, (unless you have about 3-5 stuns).
