It's pretty easy. All you have to do is put the 3 (or more) pictures you want to tween at the bottom. Click the tween option, then hit OK. It should tween the first and second one. Then (I think) you have to tween 6 and 7 or whichever is the next picture in the row. Then 11 and 12 if you have the default settings on. The default is 5 so you can see a pattern in it. 1 and 2, 6 and 7, 11 and 12, 16 and 17, 21 and 22, and so on...
