Can someone teach me how to micro

They save you from like panicking from casting something like Pact to save yourself in a second while using the mouse to get it..... Man it sucks when you die.....

However, if you can keep up with the micro, you don't need to learn everything. I haven't seen anyone basically use the mouse purely to move and attack.

I find alot of times I forget the hotkeys for hero inventoryes, which is a real pain in the ass clicking something u dont want, when u want to tp out of a bad situation.

Another thing is that you use all sorts of weird placings. Most of the action occurs on the left side of the keyboard, and the hero items are the numpad, which gets annoying.

My keyboard sucks as well. Too slippery and too sensitive. I hate the bloody thing! Trying to attack-move and hitting 's' instead, it really hurts.

Yeah it does. I really like hiting ctrl, then issuing a move when i have my hero and other units in the same command group in early game..

i only use hotkeys for building or to attack
i use the right click to move

if you want to learn how to micro, and your current micro skills are horrible, find a few custom games called micro wars.
