Well, I'm new to Battle Forums, so I hope you guys won't mind, but is it cool if i put the -=BF=- tag on my name? I have high hopes for the Battle Forum clan. I go to my moms every other weekend and thats where I play CS. So when I'm at my moms, I'll be in the server. Peace out.

I got some serious plans for this BF clan. I think with cooperation of the BF community, we can really make this thing work. I say we make a BF clan, and if we do indeed get a nice clan goin' make a site, or somethin' become known in the Counter-Strike world..Thats what I'd like to see happen..I'd like people to say "Woah that guy is in BF". Wouldn't you guys like to know that your apart of something great? I see a lot of potential here. So how about we give it a shot? I say for all those up for the BF clan, put the -=BF=- tag on your name and play in the server, even if nobody is there, just idle tell someone does. I'd really like to see this thing take off.... Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

rofl... you seem so serious about this and you only have three posts.

It'd be awesome to start a BF clan, but I'm not sure how long the server will be staying up... dem0n hasn't been getting as many donations toward the server as he thought he was and I'm not sure he can--or is willing to--afford it.

Of course, if we were to show off in a tourney or two, maybe we'd get a sponsor who would donate us a good-pinging free server...

For those of you who don't know how to do this, go into the console and type status.

Note: This will be my first time playing 1.6

I don't think that the clan would be successful as a tournament clan because it's such a big forum and anyone, even novices, would be able to join. As a "fun" clan, why not?

EDIT: You could always separate the forum members into leagues/divisions though: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, etc.

I don't see why, the two posts are entirely unrelated. One is asking for the IP address of the BF server while the other is commenting on the concept of a BF clan.

By the way, I'm downloading steam now, hopefully it will work but with my bad luck I doubt it, and you also spelled "taking" wrong in your signature .

Yes well you can format your post to seperate the two subjects, and my signature was copy/paste from friends aol pofile, so thank you for pointing out that.

nah its not the point in the server some of the people playing experienced some lag.. this is why it doesnt have a lot of people. i always say if u want a server go for the best like a T3
